The Company has at the helm a team comprising amongst other senior professionals, CA Adarsh Sharma, a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years versatile experience in accounts, audit & taxation of large industrial houses and Multinationals. An alumini of Shri Ram College of Commerce (Delhi University), he interned at A.F.Ferguson & Co. Augmenting his academic pursuits at The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), he went on to be a part of Industry having a hands on experience including at the senior management and decision making levels. His myriad experience encompasses major finance functions, new projects & project finance, fund syndication, direct & indirect taxation and international taxation.

Moving from Industry to Professional Practice, he has used his experience, knowledge & expertise in the domain of international fund syndication, VC/ Private Equity Fund Co-ordination, Mergers & Acquisitions, International Taxation, Direct & Indirect taxes, Off Shore Corporate matters , Anti Dumping Duties etc. catering to the professional requirements of clients in India & abroad. A voracious reader & a speaker he has adorned the forum at many professional & industrial seminars and conferences, besides addressing industry associations.
